Speech Language Pathologist
“I’m Aiko Ranchoff, one of the Speech-Language Pathologists in the ILP team. I have worked in Early Intervention since 2021. First as a developmental specialist, then as a speech therapist after earning my Master’s in Communication Science and Disorders at East Carolina University through the ECU-UAA joint program.
My passion is working with and empowering caregivers. I love problem solving and sharing joy and success with families.
In my free time, I like to go out on adventures with my spouse and 2 school-aged kids, or stare at cooking websites and think about what to make/eat next! “
